It is not electric and it does not make curd from milk. Spoon about 600 g of set dahi into the white basket, close the lid and keep it in the fridge. The fine 304 steel mesh lets the whey drip into the clear tank, and you get about 300 to 400 g of thick curd and about 200 to 300 ml of whey.
