All InstaCuppa products have 1 year warranty for defective products. If you receive a defective product then we will ship you a free replacement. 

Then you are in luck! We will ship you the actual product free of cost. And you can keep the wrong item received.

We do have hassle free returns policy. If you do not like the product you have received after delivery then you can ask for a return.

Our courier partner will come and pickup the package at your door step. After the item is picked up we will initiate a full refund.

Note: The return window is 10 days from the date of delivery.
