This water recipe comes with all essential B vitamins that will
give you a natural energy boost. The lemon is high in vitamin
B2, the peach is packed with vitamin B3, the raspberries are

1/2 Cup Pineapple
Wash and slice the lemon and the peach into thin slices, then
put in in the bottle.
- Chop the pineapple into large chunks and place it in the bottle.
