The Prestige waffle maker most people find in India is the PWM 01. It is an 800 W electric waffle maker with die-cast non-stick plates. This review sticks to what Prestige, the sellers and buyers actually say.

We checked the live prices and listings on 10 October 2026. We also cover the 3 in 1 Prestige model that many people search for.

Prestige Waffle Maker: Quick Verdict

Quick answer: The Prestige PWM 01 is a simple 800 W waffle maker with a 1 year warranty and a wide service network. Buyers rate it 3.8 out of 5 on Amazon.in. It suits families who want full-size waffles at a budget price, if they treat the non-stick plates gently.

• Good: easy to use, power indicators, die-cast non-stick plates, made in India.
• Watch out: buyer reviews are mixed on how long the coating lasts and how crisp the waffles get.
• Price on 10 October 2026: ₹1,475 on Amazon.in, ₹1,675 on the Prestige store.

Which Prestige Waffle Makers Are Sold in India?

Quick answer: Prestige has one dedicated waffle maker, the PWM 01. Two other Prestige machines come with waffle plates: the PSWM 01 multipurpose sandwich maker and the Trio Grill. Both showed as out of stock on the Prestige store on 10 October 2026.

The waffle maker section of the Prestige online store lists just one item. That is the PWM 01.

So if you want a Prestige machine that only makes waffles, the PWM 01 is the one. The other two are sandwich makers that can also take a waffle plate.

Prestige 3 in 1 Waffle Maker: The PSWM 01

Quick answer: The Prestige Multipurpose Sandwich Maker PSWM 01 is the 3 in 1 model. It comes with three swappable plates for sandwiches, grilling and waffles. It is rated 750 W and has a 1 year warranty.

Prestige's PSWM 01 page explains how the plates swap. Push the lever back and the plate pops out. Then slot in the plate you want.

This suits a kitchen that wants one machine for sandwiches and waffles. The PSWM 01 showed as out of stock on the Prestige store on 10 October 2026. We could not find it on Amazon.in that day either.

Prestige also lists a Trio Grill with toaster, griller and waffle plates. It is rated 850 W, has auto cut-off and has an MRP of ₹4,195. It was also out of stock that day.

Good to know: A 3 in 1 machine saves counter space. A dedicated waffle maker has deeper plates made only for batter. Our Belgian vs mini waffle maker guide explains which size you need.

How to Use and Clean a Prestige Waffle Maker

Quick answer: Preheat until the ready light shows, then add the batter. Use a wooden or heat-safe plastic spatula, never a metal knife or fork. To clean, unplug it, let it cool, and wipe the plates with a soft damp cloth. Never dip it in water.

We could not find a PWM 01 manual online. Prestige's sandwich toaster manual covers the same kind of fixed non-stick plates. Its rules are:

1. Preheat until the green ready light comes on.
2. Use a heat-resistant plastic or wooden spatula, not a metal knife or fork.
3. Unplug the machine and let it cool fully before cleaning.
4. Do not dip it in water or clean it under a running tap.
5. Wipe the non-stick plates with a soft damp cloth, then dry them.
6. Never use scouring pads on the body.
