Which Lid Type Is Best for Indian Kitchens?

For Indian kitchens, a sensor lid or pedal lid is best. Indian cooking produces more wet waste than most Western kitchens — onion skins, garlic peels, tomato cores, curry leaves, tea grounds. This waste decomposes fast in our climate (30-40°C summers). A tight-sealing lid is not optional — it is necessary.
