BlendJet sells in India on its own site, blendjet.in. The seller and importer is Jhakaas Retail Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. We still could not find an official BlendJet service centre in India.

The BlendJet 2 costs Rs 1,699 to Rs 2,999 on blendjet.in, based on the colour. Mint is the cheapest at Rs 1,699. Lavender and Hot Pink cost Rs 1,999. The other six colours and patterns cost Rs 2,999. Prices include taxes, shipping in India is free, and prices can change during sales. What is the BlendJet customer care number in India?

BlendJet India does not list a customer care phone number. Its terms of service say the contact number is "in progress". To get help, email support@blendjet.in, the address on its contact and returns pages. If your complaint is not solved, the terms name a grievance officer at customercare@jakhaas.co. Is BlendJet 2 Worth It in India?

BlendJet 2 is a good portable blender, and it is sold in India at Rs 1,699 to Rs 2,999. You do not need to import one. It is worth it if you want its many colours and a 4000 mAh battery. It is a weaker choice if you need phone support, a service centre, or the option of a refund.

• The colour range is wide. BlendJet India lists 9 colours and patterns for the BlendJet 2. We do not know an Indian brand that offers as many.
• The brand is well known. BlendJet shows 715K Instagram followers on its India site, so the name carries weight as a gift.

Now here is what to check before you buy one in India:

• Buy from blendjet.in, not a reseller. The official India price is Rs 1,699 to Rs 2,999. If you import one from the US yourself, you also pay shipping, customs duty and GST, so it costs more.
• The warranty is narrow. BlendJet India covers battery and blade issues for up to 1 year. Other faults are covered only if you report them within 7 days of delivery.
• Shipping is from India. BlendJet India offers free express shipping. On 30 September 2026, its BlendJet 2 page said new orders would ship by 1 October.
• Spare parts are listed in India. blendjet.in lists a replacement jar, base, lid and charging cable. We found no service centre, so repairs start with an email to support.
• Indian 230 V mains is not a problem. BlendJet 2 charges through a USB-C cable from a good USB charger, like your phone charger.

Import note: If you still order a BlendJet from abroad, Indian customs duty and GST apply when it arrives. Rates change, so check the current rate with the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) before you order. BlendJet India says it is not responsible for units sold through other websites.

On paper, BlendJet 2 is well made. It has a 4000 mAh battery, a 475 ml jar, a self-clean mode and a lock mode. The Mint colour at Rs 1,699 costs less than our Ultra Slim. I am happy to say it is a fair choice.

But three gaps remain. BlendJet India lists no phone number. We could not find a service centre. And it does not give refunds.

If those gaps matter to you, choose a blender with a full 1-year warranty, WhatsApp support and a 10-day trial.
