Skip fizzy drinks. They foam over. Skip liquids hotter than 80 degrees Celsius. Heat can damage the seals. Skip thick pastes with too little liquid. They strain the motor. The cup holds 400 ml, and the vortex needs enough liquid to form.

How Do You Clean and Maintain It?

Cleaning is easy because the whisk lifts out. Take the whisk off. Wash it in warm soapy water. Wash the steel inside with a sponge. Wipe the outside with a damp cloth. Never dunk the base. The USB-C port and the motor are not waterproof.
