• The lid is not leak-proof. The bamboo lid is a cover and a coaster, not a travel lid. Do not carry the mug tilted with a drink inside.
• The bamboo lid needs care. Do not soak it, put it in the dishwasher or put it in the microwave. Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it.
• 300 ml is one cup. If you like a very large mug of coffee, it may feel small.
• The seal between the walls matters. If the seal between the two walls ever fails, water can get in between them. Our 1-year warranty covers seal problems between the walls as a manufacturing defect.

Is the InstaCuppa Glass Mug Microwave and Dishwasher Safe?

Hand-washing the glass with a soft sponge is the gentlest choice, and a quick rinse is often enough because smooth glass does not hold on to tea or coffee smells.
