• Flip the cap cover and look for the arrow sign that says “open” and “close”.

• To take off the filter, twist it to the direction that says “open”.
• After that, the one-push top cap button should appear less tight when pressed.
• The button should be on “un-pressed or pulled up position” when putting back the filter cap.
• Reattach the filter tightly by twisting it to the direction that says “close”.

Tip: Once the filter cap cover is reattached, you should be able to tightly push the top cap button of your travel mug, otherwise, if it’s still loose to press, simply remove and reattach the cap filter again.
