We also checked three other open BBQ grills on Amazon.in that day. The Sky LINE VTL-4545 (2000 W) cost Rs 1,590. An EVIZIA 2000 W grill cost Rs 1,999. The Russell Hobbs Fiesta griddle (2400 W) cost Rs 8,851. None of these three listings mentions an ISI mark, so we do not recommend them yet.

The ISI mark now matters more. A new BIS order makes it required on most household electrical appliances from 1 October 2026. Is an Electric Grill Healthier Than Frying?

An electric grill is usually healthier than deep frying. Grilling lets fat drip away from the food instead of soaking it in oil. Frying adds oil and raises calories. But very high heat can form some harmful compounds, so smart use still matters.
